I REALLY dont want to have to google this topic but let me take a shot in the dark here. Some people have been accusing certain hospitals and/or doctors of doing gender reassignment surgery on minors? This is a pretty clear cut thing. Either they do or they dont. I dont know of any reason they would have to lie about what surgeries they perform. If people are out there falsely accusing doctors publicly leading to bomb and death threats thats an issue. Based on context I am going to guess theres some big MAGA conspiracy theory that gender reassignment surgeries are being done in Pizza parlors basements......

Maybe you can point me to the line that says Journalists arent allowed to tell the public what surgeries are done in a hospital. No where in there does it say prosecute people for making factual statements. And even if they were to prosecute someone for saying a hospital does that surgery, if the hospital is doing it thats a pretty good defense.

Show me the misinformation that's leading to bomb, threats, harassment, etc. Here's a hint-there isn't any. If there isn't any what do you think they want censored? Yeah, there's been threats but it wasn't due to misinformation. Boston's Children's hospital does surgery on adolescent children.

We've seen this same nonsense in regards to the censoring of Hunter Biden laptop or alternative medicines in regards to Covid. Shut down anyone who doesn't follow leftist thought and keep the truth hidden.

We've seen pregnancy centers actually get bombed. You don't see them asking the government to shut down free speech on the net.

For those who don't know, PayPal has decided they can steal up to $2,500 from users if those users post information online they do not like

They have already backed off of this. But the damage has.been done. This is how they think. This is what they want. This is the future for us without major changes
 
So if I am reading this correctly no one was actually fined? Service providers have the ability to define terms of service for their product. So legally they have the right to do this. They arent though. So a lot of hub bub about something that was never even in place. The Gays against Groomers group said they were banned not fined. If you want to say they were forced to backtrack then thats the free market working. No government intervention needed.

I defend private companies right to set their own terms of service which is perfectly legal. Even Trumps own social media platform bans people for posting things they dont like. Facts of life son.
