I cant keep the story straight. Were they invited in by police or attacked by police. Heres a hint, when cops tell you move back or dont go into that area its restricted they are going to escalate to violence. If I am in a traffic stop and just ignore the cop they will escalate to violence every time.

The Oathkeepers said they were just waiting on the signal from Trump and had weapons stored outside the city. The only reason they didnt bring them was because of the security around the city. Their text messages showed them trying to find a way to get them in. Even discussing bringing them by boat over the Potomac. But they should have tried your arguments in front of the supreme court. Surely they would have won then.

How can I be biased when I hate all of them. I want the people who were doing fraud in Florida that Trump had the FBI shutdown arrested and charged. How biased of me. I want Joe Biden prosecuted. You people keep telling me theres so much evidence. Why is Trump protecting him? I also demand all of people Biden pardoned be subponead by Congress and made to tell us what crime they committed that they need a pardon. If they say they didnt commit a crime then charge them with perjury because accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt. Maybe I am just biased against pieces of ****. You got me.

Video proves everything I just said. Two things can be true at once. Most people see J6 for what it really was. It was not an insurrection against our government.

If the cops can do anything to people who don't want to move why did DC get sued by the BLM crowd and won?

Yes, the Oathkeepers were looking to help Trump AFTER he invoked the Insurrection Act, which he never did. They then went home peacefully when nothing went down. There was no action to overthrow the government. That is a fact.

Those "seditious" Oathkeepers were also at the capital helping round up troublemakers at the capital.

So can you settle this for me. Did the cops attack them or did they invite them in? Republicans have a majority in the SC and Trump personally nominated 3 of them. Maybe the question you should be asking is why even the conservative supreme court disagreed with you.

And what did BLM win in that lawsuit? Please tell me. They must be rich right now

You do know the difference from a settlement and Judgement right? I could sue Elon musk for being named Elon and he could settle with me for a happy meal. And all they got out of the settlement was changes to policy for the Parks service and secret service.

And since DC is federal court all the J6 terrorists had the right to appeal up to the supreme court. So any claims about the court being biased is BS.

Yes, and the settlement changed how protestors should be treated. I forgot it was a settlement but it doesn't change anything what I said.

If it was up to me they could sue the police for that and hash it out in court. You support the people who want police to have immunity. If Trump won and it was Antifa doing all that MAGA would support far more punishment than what the j6 people got. If Antifa tries to storm Maralago I guarantee you there would be more than 1 protestor shot and there would be more serious charges for them.

Giving MAGA jailtime for walking inside the capital when he/she was invited in is a joke. The few who broke into the capital should be charged.

Yeah, all you have to do is see what rioters got during Trump's 2016 inauguration/Floyd riots to know that you aren't correct.

Breaking into the prez's or ex-prez's private residence is different than the capital. If you can't see that get some professional help because I can't help you.
 
Like I said last time pardoning people who only walked around wasnt a big deal but like I predicted the felon was going to pardon all of them no matter what they did. Those walking around got stiffer sentences because their presence in the capital prevented the cops from dealing with the violent ones. They would also get stiffer sentences if they doubled down on their crazy and did **** like buy a lot of guns while out on bail. But please, do show me who got a significant sentence for only walking around the Capital. I'll wait.

That comes off as an opinion piece that serious news.

With the amount of people involved this is a slap on the wrists considering they did worse than the J6 crowd.

About 20 people were killed in these riots.
 
I'm pretty sure speech that makes other people uncomfortable is protected. What is not protected is harassment.

As for the individual's citizenship status I believe he has first amendment protections. It is worth noting for those who like to interpret the constitution in terms of what the founders may have meant that many people in the country at the time the constitution was adopted were immigrants and not yet citizens. No distinction was made regarding their rights.

Non-citizens also have a right to due process, which I expect will be an issue that his lawyers will take up soon enough.
 
It's great to see leftists more upset about foreigners who wish death upon Americans than they were Americans being silenced for holding (correct) vies the government didn't approve of

I consider 90 days or less insignificant. And heres a hint. If every member of Congress runs for their lives its a little different. I sure wish Republicans stayed so we could see just how peaceful the mob was.
