Threatening and bullying others isn't protected free speech. I learned that in elementary school, Mr. Intellectual.

i had two generic questions

who gets to decide what is bullying and threatening

Idk- setting fire to a federal building doesn’t seemed to have moved the needle much so I’d say the issue is pretty wide open

From what I've been lecturing destroying property, federal or otherwise, falls under the generous guuse of peaceful protesting presuming you are protesting the correct thing... That thing is fluid of course but always has the same supporters

Maxine Waters, and the democratic establishment gets to decide what isa threatening and bullying.

Inciting a mob to storm a building is just under the rules that the democratic establishment sets.

Whether you agree with the policy or not, Kirk clearly violated Twitter’s policy regarding harassment on the basis of gender identity by putting quotation marks around Levine’s preferred name and the word transitioned.
