Of the 61,731 absentee ballots DeKalb County recorded as being deposited into drop boxes during the November 2020 election, 46 percent – or 28,194 of the absentee ballots – were not documented as being received by the elections registrar or the director’s designee until the day after they were collected from the drop box.
Now what do you think was being done with these ballots for a whole evening?
For another 26 percent, representing 15,713 absentee ballots collected from drop boxes during the November 2020 election, there was no receipt time recorded at all by the elections office, as is required by the July 2020 emergency election code rule.
"Oh crap - Trumps getting more votes than we thought on election day. Bring in more ballots fast!"
This is just a sick joke. Just outright stole an election and destabilized the world.

Dekalb County grew their voter participation by 24% (70.7k) 20 over 16.
Assuming third party from 2016 was split 50/50 between Biden/Trump then the Democrats got 91% (64.4K) of the vote gain in the county. We now know you can't have any level of comfort in an overwhelming percentage of the total absentee ballot count.

I'm still waiting to see if there was a requirement that they be documented as received within a specific time frame. That seems tough to do for a system that relies heavily on volunteers.
Election officials should have considered that. These volunteers also I’m sure were affiliated with happy faces like the mess in Fulton county.
The law says the ballots have to be returned immediately.
Each and every one of these votes are illegal and should not have counted.
Democrat plan was simple. Fund the secretaries of states and change election laws unconstitutionally. Flood the zone with illegal ballots and delta where it’s almost impossible to unwind.
Who knows how many millions of illegal votes across the swing states now.
