Yes, because there's no crime to investigate. Whatever you think of Cuomos handling of covid he cant be prosecuted for it much like Trump cant be prosecuted for mishandling the virus.

Fast forward 6 months. Nothing you claim is proven. 99% of people charged are convicted and you STILL will push this as if you were proven right.
