Is today the day one of the Stooges tells me why none of the Republicans who insist theres voter fraud want to get to the bottom of the election fraud in Florida Trump sent the FBI to stop in 2018? Judge Trevor McFadden was very frustrated by Bauer lying on the stand, and was be open to an upward departure.

Pauline Bauer was near Pelosi's office suite on Jan. 6, 2021, when she yelled at police officers to bring out the California Democrat so the mob of Donald Trump supporters could hang her.
In January, U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden convicted Bauer of riot-related charges after hearing trial testimony without a jury. The judge sentenced her to two years and three months of imprisonment, giving her credit for the several months she already has served in jail, court records show.

Remember when you posted about how releasing the Jan 6 footage wouldn't overturn anyone's sentencing?
Also... kinda funny that we should be happy that someone ONLY had to spend several months in prison rather than several years. How lucky for him

His sentence wasn't overturned. His lawyers motions regarding the J6 footage was all denied. He got out early from good behavior and completing some programs in the prison. He was a first offender and I don't believe was charged with any violent crime. He needs a mental institution not prison.
The irony of him leaving a note on the House podium saying "Justice is coming" only for him to go to prison continues to give me a good laugh.

This and the Whitmer terrorist plot convictions have done wonders to prevent further violence from MAGA. Now anytime someone proposes violence they call them a fed. Seems like they no longer want to **** around because they know they will find out.
