Many of these groups are watched by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti Defamation League for years. Neither party took it seriously.
If we just take the insurrection, Stone, and these four Trump years out the the larger context, nothing will change.
Republican ideology of free market, balancing the budget, pulling yourself up by your bootstrap, racism, are at the heart of the insurrection, because they have resulted in a deterioration of modern life (using abortion, gun rights, and prayer in schools to deflect the real issues).

There is a concerted effort since the 70’s, by Republicans to limit educational and economic advances by the low socio- economic and middle classes, use immigrants, Blacks and Jews, as scape goats, and attempts to privatize as much as possible. It’s been a boon for business, at the expense of workers, and a continuing dumbing down of the American public, hence, Fox, Breitbart, Newsmax. Using tried and true fascistic methods by devaluing intellectual life and research.
We are not a well country, not our mental and physical health, (which the pandemic has only exacerbated), not our infrastructure, not our political life.

Stone is another criminal, Trump attracted to his inner circle, along with Bannon, Miller, Huckebee Sanders, McCarthy, Meadows, Barr, and the personal injury lawyer at his impeachment trial, who all took orders from the bully now playing golf daily in Fl.

I don't think people realize that the Republican party now has a para-military wing. These goons have been used to intimidate individuals and legislatures (see Michigan), and will be a growing threat in the months and years to come. This is a real problem.

Where do these men get the money to buy all of their

tactical gear, guns, ammunition and travel around, stay in hotels,

eat out, while playing militia men?

Do they hold down jobs? Were these men, in particular, paid by Roger Stone as body guards? Are they funded by PACs? Do they have trust funds? Can you afford this lifestyle on a military pension? I realize some don't have to worry about healthcare due to VA benefits, but how do they afford everything else?

It will be up to the DoJ and FBI to unravel their sources of support, financial and otherwise. Just as we unspooled the financial infrastructure of Al Queda.

Or he just recognized that the country is being taken down the ****ter and an election was flat out stolen.

He and the other patriots were just trying to save the country. If we allow an election to be stolen like that we no longer have a country.

You’d rather entities like Facebook decide. They know better than us rubes

This cracks me up. So out of touch

Supported the NAACP, ran as a Democrat, supported sentencing reform. Then:
“I was a Democrat for 30 years,” he wrote in a recent social media post. The new gun control proposals changed that, he said. “I was called a white supremacist and a racist for defending the 2A,” he continued, using a shorthand for the Second Amendment. Given all that he had done as a lawyer for “justice,” he said, “that hurt my feelings a little. That’s when I became a Trump supporter.”

Left wing extremists, true practitioners of the intolerant Progressive faith, red pilled him.

I've got news for some of you. This isn't a rare thing.
