So you are telling me they erased all evidence and records of Trump offering 10k National Guard? I suppose they had all witnesses killed too?

I would ask whether Pelosi/Brewer have the power to deny 10k guardsmen in the first place. There were national guard checkpoints throughout the city.
 
Still not an answer because it would be all that any reasonable person needs to know that Trump didn’t participate or aide an insurrection.

Pretty much destroys the Colorado ruling (even without considering the self executing stuff) that Trump engaged in an insurrection and those that fell for the hoax.

You have to actually introduce some evidence he offered 10k national guard to guard the Capitol building for it to be considered in a court of law.

I think lying to the American people while serving in Congress could warrant some jailtime.

If she knowingly suppressed exonerating information then we might have something here.

I look forward to Trump and his team doing to the left/eGOP what they did to him.
 
Liz won't be charged. Congressional immunity and all that. About the only way a congressman can be charged for lying is if they're under oath.

Congress lies all the time and there isn't anything that can be done about it.

I forgot to add an important part here. If they subpoena her and put her under oath then it's a whole different ballgame. If she lies she can be charged.

Are there any documents that need to be formulated when special committees are created?

I can't wait for her to be brought up for questioning. It will be like when MCBOS had to speak before congress and they changed almost all of their definitive statements.

Cool, so you think Democrats can just lock up any Republican Congressman they think lied? You think thats how its supposed to work? The J6 committee is not a trial, even if someone suppressed evidence thats not a crime. You people literally have the house of represenatives. You could have conducted whatever investigation you want. You people have tried for years now to find a crime Joe Biden committed and have come up empty, so dont think your side is on any moral high ground.
