We dont. That's why I Iike to wait for things like indictments that at least have a statement of facts. Everything now is just speculation based off the little information we do have. Which I am sire some of you will spend the next few years crying about any detail in that speculation that is not 100% accurate.....or just make **** up.

If you want to believe they spent months begging and pleading with him to return the governments property because their goal was to raid him to make him look bad before an election he isnt even running in then..... well have at it. You already tried saying this was helping Trump and it got no traction so now you pivot to how it was all a master plan to hurt Trump. Like they forced him to steal the documents and refuse to give them back. If he legitimately thought he had a legal leg to stand on he could have returned the documents and sued to get them back. Simple and easy process. He didn't even fight the subpoena. Just said he disnt have anymore. Why not respond to the subpoena that he has the stuff and wont return it because it's his? There was numerous chances for Trump to handle all this. Instead he tried to conceal what he had. Why do all that if he believes he had legal right to them?

And who set this precedent that a former President can take whatever he wants without informing anyone. Which former President ignored a subpoena for documents? Who had their attorneys claim under oath that they didnt have government documents that were later found in their house?

What was the DoJ selling regarding the Russia investigation? They never said Trump colluded with Russia but everyone they did charge was convicted.
As for the FBI what do they have to do to convince you that they intentionally damaged Hillary right before the election and have a bias against her? If you want to complain about the FBI thats fine, the issue I have is when you try to pretend that the other side doesnt have valid complaints. All the damage to Trump was from his own actions. Asking Russia publicly to help his campaign, firing Comey to try to stop the investigation, and his unhinged behavior when talking about the investigation. Compare this to Dems reaction to the Durham investigation. Do you Hillary doing crazy interviews about it? Is Biden threatening to fire Durham and accusing his investigation of being a coup?
