I believe what the facts showed - Mueller team said that they couldnt make efforts to validate dossier but they actually did and couldn't but still used it to spy on Trump.

The Steele dossier and the FISA warrants were before Mueller. WTF does he have to do with it? Mueller didnt use the Steele dossier to do jack ****. No FISA warrant was ever submitted for Trump. It was Papawhatever, Paige, Manafort and Flynn. The investigation was opened in July after a report from a member of a friendly foreign government. The dossier was given to the FBI in late September. They didnt even open the investigation with Trump designated specifically as a target. Very little of what was in the dossier was even directly about Trump. The pee tape allegation isnt even a criminal allegation. It was only relevant in the sense that Putin might have something he could blackmail Trump with. As we know it wouldnt have made one difference if it was true as we know he wouldnt have lost 1 vote from it being real. The Mueller team investigated specific allegations like if there was Russian influence in the GOP changing their party platform regarding Ukraine which If I remember correctly was in the dossier.
