It doesnt work that way. What Eastman is saying is their statistic isnt backed up by any facts. Its literally just a made up number. If Trump can show a reason why he thought that many dead people voted he can make the claim he legitimately thought it was real. I read it on Donald.win is not a sufficient answer to that question. Neither is "lots of people said it" which is a favorite of Dear Leader. Theres a reason all of Trumps election lawyers didnt claim to actually have proof of fraud resulting in most Judges not even giving them the time of day. Because that would have been opening themselves up to perjury. Instead they just wanted a Judge to grant them discovery so they could hope to find something. Thats why 95% of their election lawsuits were DOA. Trump just spun it as the courts refusing to hear the cases instead of the reality. And you and the rest of MAGA bought it like the saps you are.



They use the phrase "knew or should have known" for a reason. Because a person cant just ignore reasonable evidence his claim is BS and say they truly believed their BS. No one would ever be convicted of perjury if everyone could just say they truly believed their claim.

What your side is doing is trying to take a legitimate defense for some of the people and apply it to all the people. The most predictable thing in the world is if Trump wins he issues a blanket pardon to all the rioters instead of specific ones who were "let in". I am sure there will be a Republican or two who will disagree with that but 99% will support it.
 
Everyone should support the J6 political prisoners who did not assault police officers to be released.

They did nothing wrong.
 
And by political prisoners you mean the people convicted by a jury of their peers. You completely skipped over saying a blanket pardon is wrong. I wonder why.

DC jurys are hardly a peer group for anywhere around the country.

Especially when those jurys are presented with half truths and evidence withheld.
 
Black people in trials with all white juries in the deep south would like a word with you. Which side still defends that to this day?

I have always suggested that. Heres some more shockers for you. The criminal justice system is meat grinder and its purposely rigged against the defendants. The public defender system is purposely underfunded. The "expert witness" system is rigged. DA's are improperly influenced when making charging decisions. Prosecutors routinely withhold evidence with no legal consequences. I have like a whole thread of this ****.

My home state literally changed the rules so that it only takes 10 of 12 jurors to convict on felony charges so they could have 2 blak jurors and still convict. The worse kept secret in the world is that prosecutors try to get black jurors removed, but no one cares to actuially investigate that ****.

Can you then show me an example where a black man was convicted recently by only white people?

I don't understand how you hold this position while simultaneously cheering on non violent protesters rotting in federal prison bc they were wearing red hats

Can you give me some examples of non violent people from January 6th who are rotting in prison right now?

How is it possible to have an all white jury when trying a black person.

Most southern communities are at least 50% black
