Thank you Dave Feloni and Jon Favreau for giving us Master Skywalker finally!!! The season was a nice step in either erasing the sequels or putting them in their own timeline.

No reason to erase the sequels, just episode 9. I would love to see like an animated reshooting of Episode 9, maybe using Treverrow's original script, maybe writing a new one. Either way, that's your shot at fixing the sequel films. First 2 were fine even if I didn't love the absence of character development from JJ instead falling back on his crutch of "mystery box" Johnson pushed the characters along, setting up the finale as the film should be based off the first film, the final battle between Kylo and Rey. And the JJ had the ball in the red zone and took off the opposite direction and handed the ball off to the opposing team to score a game winning touchdown as time was expiring.

Side note since Virginia Brave dropped the spoiler. This for sure means Kylo Ren killed Grogu.

Kylo Ren and Rey? Who are they? I would be absolutely shocked if were ever see those exact versions again. Forget Marvel, The Mandolorian alone makes Disney plus worth the price.

The Simpsons, Clone Wars, Rebels, and Gravity Falls make Disney+ worth it. Mandalorian is gravy.

Don't care for The Simpsons, little too old for Gravity Falls and honesty compels me to say that Rebels and Clone Wars are old news. Season 7 of Clone Wars being the exception.

Oh also the Lego Star wars Holiday special was silly and fun. Wish they got the actors for the VO more often.

That's one thing we can agree on. Lego Star Wars is always fun. I can't understand why they didn't let Hamill voice Luke. He might have been busy with something but if they didn't even ask, that is pitiful.

Master skywalker....they really did give the keys to the kingdom to Favreau and Filoni. Here is hoping all the new series and spinoff can capture the same magic.

That episode showed how much of a missed opportunity the sequels were. You had the chance to do so much stuff with a Luke with decades of growing knowledge and experience.

In 3 minutes, Favreau and Filoni did more awesome stuff with Luke than the sequels did in 3 moves.

Now I really, really want to see a series about post Return of the Jedi Luke.

IIRC very few original actors did it. So I think they worked with known VOs. Including ones who did Clone Wars like Matt Lanter, Dee Bradley Baker and James Arnold Taylor. Also the guy who did Luke though, Eric Bauza, is a boss.

Luke killed a bunch of droids. We've seen plenty of Jedi kill B2 battle droids. These seem less organized than B2s.

That is nothing compared to him force projecting himself across space and time.

We all know Hamill is one of the prolific voice actors alive today. For a lot of people, he is The Joker. If he couldn't pull off Luke it can't be done.

You are right. Other than the DC stuff since Batman TAS and the Star Wars stuff of Faloni most of the animation since 1995 has left me cold and I care little for it. But I will debate any topic with you, kid.
