Pujols took away one season, and ol' pal Vinny getting to hit in Coors took away another two chances.

One of the funniest stretches for any postseason award comes from this category - during an 11 year stretch, a Pitcher that spent time in Atlanta won the award 10 times. Glavine in 1995, 1996, and 1998, Smoltz in 1997, Hampton from 1999 through 2003, and Jason Marquis in 2005.

Maybe they should have given Leo the title of Assistant Hitting Coach.

I watched game 6 again this morning and now the postgame shows - MLB and Bally. Then the parade again after that! It never gets old :)

Man what a crazy season.
We saw just this year:
2 different players hit for the cycle
A homer turn into a single
Our starter get 3 outs on a freaking broken leg
Our crazy pen turn into o’venable in the play offs
Completely new starting outfield and it worked
1 hit and no hit in a double header
And a ****ing World Series.

So many things happened this year. It is still awesome to think back on it and realize we came through it all.

I got my special edition newspapers yesterday. I could never figure out how to get the actual newspaper from Nov 3rd, but I heard the front page is in these special editions. The problem is I don't know which one is the front page from Nov 3rd. Does anyone know for sure? Is it "CHAMPS!" or "OUR TIME!" or something else?

I ordered "WORTH THE WAIT" and "CHAMPS!" on Etsy - both framed and matted, no clue what was official.
