She tweeted this morning she has a fracture in her eye socket, but could have been worse.

A similar thing happened at the ST game I saw in AZ last week. Howard Johnson, former NYM 1B and coach for the Rangers got hit right in the cheek with a foul tip liner. They took him out on a stretcher.

Glad it sounds like a “typical” fracture, and not a blowout fracture. Those can be pretty difficult. Hope she has a speedy recovery
