I've been saying for the past couple years that Tommy was the real deal. I am not surprised at all with the success he has had so far. Crow to all those naysayers? :eusa_dance:

People that gloat are usually never right so they have to celebrate when they're finally right on something.

So, if they are never right, how could they then be right about something? Lighten up dude, just picking and havin a bit of fun. Apparently you were one of the naysayers.

Or they're just sore losers. TLS was one of the safest bets in baseball, cause of his skillset, to hit. Some doubted he could do that and are proven wrong. TLS has proven me wrong, I didn't expect positive defense from him and he's brought that. He could be our own little underrated talent for quite some time.

Pretty much my take on it. Defense is better than expected. Less walks and more strikeouts then the minors but still pretty much 1-1 ratio with little power. Good bat control with has translated to a good BABIP line. Offensively he's about where I would expect him to be. Having his prime while on the cheap which is exactly what this team needs with big contracts looming.

I'm a huge La Stella fan. I like what he's bringing to the team, especially right now. I'd like to try and move him back up in the lineup at some point, I just hope he doesn't crap the bed again this time. He's good with the bat, he walks enough and doesn't strike out at an incredibly high rate. His 19 walks to 20 K's aren't bad at all. Let's hope he continues to get better!
