Legal/scotus thread

Right on cue. You going to blame NY and DC jurors this time when they are convicted?

I will blame a justice system that would allow junk like this to happen.

The whole alternate elector stuff soemthing that's been used for years, especially by the dems. All of what you said above is some hair-brained legal theory that doesn't hold water.

Show me in law where what Wisconsin is doing here is legal.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/matt-gaetz-ethics-report-released/#x

Preview of the Gaetz ethics report. This would be the kiss of death to his political career just a few short years ago but the bar has been lowered so low that it probably makes him more popular with many people. The only people who would care are the religious nutjobs on the right but as we have seen they dont give a **** what the person does so long as they advance their agenda. What Gaetz did honestly isnt a biig of deal and its far more common among Congressmen than people will admit. Few if any Congressmen are there because they want to help the country. Thats why I always gag when elected officials call what they do servicing the people. Its always about servicing themselves and if it actually helps people thats just a bonus.

MAGA: “If they try to send Trump to prison over these charges, it’ll be a miscarriage of justice and everyone involved should be rounded up!”

Judge Merchan: *does not attempt to send Trump to prison and provides most lenient possible sentencing option*

MAGA: “See? They had nothing. This was all a miscarriage of justice and we should round everyone involved up.”

The whole trial was based on election interference - To not realize that is to be blind to what is happening.

Not shocking for a leftist though.

WTF are you talking about? Scheduling 4 criminal trials and 2 civil trials during an election year was just a huge coincidence, man. lol
