Legal/scotus thread

I dont think they want to incur the wrath of Trump. They dont want to be on the national news every night "feuding" with Trump and being harassed by his retarded cult. Unless the person wants the spotlight for whatever reason it's just not worth it to them. There have been so many cases where a Judge should have stepped in when there was a conflict of interest. The Ashlet Babbit case alone set a precedent that is going to drive us even closer to bankruptcy. Everton immigrant removed from the country can sue the next time a Dem is President and they can just hand out checks by just agreeing with the lawsuit no matter how little chance it had of winning.

This probably won't hold. We all know what Comey meant but "*8647" can also just mean impeachment.

"Probably". Lol. Theres a zero percent chance that sticks. The only questions are does it even survive motion to dismiss and how much will he make in the ensuing lawsuit.

Ultimately, the decision in Callais leaves me with a question: Why are conservatives so afraid of democracy? Why are they afraid to let the voters decide elections?
