That message appeared to contradict testimony from the Supreme Court nominee on Wednesday, when he said he considered Roe “settled as a precedent.”

To my knowledge the 2003 email was held back from the public.
If Kavanaugh had a change of heart, let him explain that.
Doesn't seem to be the case.

One other thing on Kavanaugh, you could throw a rock in the (R) judicial pool and find any jurist willing to deregulate, allow corporations to anonymously donate to political campaigns and/or restrict abortion.etc etc etc

Why Kavanaugh?

And think to this day Obama's biggest mistake was to not turn Bush and Cheney over to the World court to stand trial

I don't think many any in the legal community or the constitution would support your view
 
Pretty sure the constitution leaves that topic to interpretation.
Never the less in my view the POTUS is still bound to law

So if trump brought up some legit charges against things obama did in office tomorrow, would you still feel the same way?
 
Trump hasnt made a legit charge in his life

two different scenarios.

There was and possibly still is extradition warrants for both Bush and Cheney. POTUS through the Justice Department has the authority to turn the extraditee(s) over. Which Obama didn't do

If there is an outstanding extradition warrant out for Obama I have never heard of it.

Correct me if I am wrong but we are talking about sitting Presidents, right?

In his testimony about his dissent in an RFRA case related to the ACA he referred to a religious organization’s objection to being compelled to cover “abortion-inducing” drugs. At issue was the provision of birth control. So, yeah.

Abortion inducing drugs is Plan B.

Not condoms, IUDs, etc.

Doesn't Plan B induce an abortion?
