Whoever the judge is at least they can't be as dumb as Sotomayor. Sooooo, they've got that going for them at least.
 
I haven't followed that case at all and it may have been the correct legal decision but I despise every instance of the death penalty.
 
I cant support the death penalty unless we we going to criminalize killing innocent people. If the person carrying out the sentence isnt sure enough that the person is guilty to put their own self on the line then I dont think that person was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt. Crime is crime regardless of whether the state says its okay.

Darn that pesky Constitution. I’ll be very, very interested to see which GOP Senators take the stance that as a public defender she shouldn’t have done her job.
 
For all those people that want to pretend Pedos aren’t predominantly lefties it’s worth noting that when given a chance to nominate a SC justice they nominated a person who is tremendously forgiving to these degenerates.
 
All this grandstanding by Jackson but the fact of the matter is that she is not giving the recommended sentences.

You can think something is horrible and also think the justice system has sentencing wrong on it. I don’t see how that’s necessarily vile.
