Legal/scotus thread

A much less disturbing kink than an old man who gets off young people dying in a war that serves no purpose to this country

it's your perfectly rational buddy Vlad the Dim sending young Russian boys and young non-Russian boys to die for his folly

i guess they weren't photoshopped

i respect Madison for not running away from these pics and providing some context for them

It really is amazing how homophobic the left actually is.

They think finding republicans who may show gay tendencies are problematic.

Funny

If ever there was a year the GOP could survive overturning Roe vs. Wade, it’s this year.

Abortion is one of those issues that I personally am conflicted with. It’s an impossible discussion to have since it is predicated on what you define is life. Honestly, I felt like we found the right balance in the 2000’s. Neither side was happy with status quo but at least neither side felt like they “won”.

Democrats are going to campaign hard on this for the next decade. It’s going to be pillar of their platform moving forward.

For anyone panicking about losing the "right" to slaughter an unborn child in the womb, you didn't. You just have a way to impact how and when that murderous option is available to you, instead of being confined to what 9 people on a court say. Democracy wins.

And might stop the losers fleeing blue states to red states

Win win for everyone

It's not the worst outcome to allow states to make abortion policy according to the values and preferences of their voters. Roe v Wade was always a constitutionally dubious decision. Abortion is a policy matter best worked out by the body politic.

Was always going to get overturned and rightfully so.

once the histrionics and hyperbole die down each state will decide what's best for itself as on other issues

Hahahaha the seals will have their program running on high speed... This will.be endlessly talked about the need to expand the court, conservatives are taking us back to handmaid tale blah blah blah...
Y'all are so predictable

The problem with that is It’s either murder or not. You can’t say ‘this type of murder is allowed In this state but not this state’

You mean turning issues over to states instead of the feds is a large government issue?

I forgot state governments can’t be large government only the federal government unless of course it’s California or New York then it’s individual rights that matter.
