I understand why the media lies to our faces.

What I don't understand is why people like 57, goldy, and the lecturing buffoon are so OK with it after being shown it's happening day after day
 
Through the first two weeks of October, CNN hasn’t hit 1,000,000 viewers for any show.



Foxnews had more viewers at 6am last Friday, than CNN had all day.

What’s inaccurate about that? Sounds like those folks have been reading your newsletter. I think you’d be happy for the press.

Lol yeah that's not what happened.

That ruling was reiterated Tuesday by the Southern California-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which ruled that Maddow's challenged statement was an "obvious exaggeration, cushioned within an undisputed news story."

"The statement could not reasonably be understood to imply an assertion of objective fact, and therefore, does not amount to defamation," the ruling read.


Basically, the statement Maddow was so obvious to be hyperbole that the lawsuit was thrown out. The ruling actually says she was full of ****
 
Don't get me wrong, I'd be happy for neither OAN or Maddow to ever be on the air again, but the Ninth is a national plague.
