I in fact first logged onto Spotify in 2008.

Became aware shortly thereafter how shoddily they treated the artists and have been for years as you say " on the warpath" by simply voting with my feet and avoiding their platform

I prefer a) Bandcamp because as said above they feature new and unknown artists and b)Amazon Even though they too treat the artists like ****, with Prime I dont have to hear the ads.

As a steady listener to podcasts tried listening to Joe Rogan once and found it Jr High-ish.
Not at all surprised he pandered to/for the low hanging fruit
