Your side is trying to hash this out via public opinion instead of a court of law because they have nothing. Less evidence than Trump colliding with Russia. Drop boxes were illegal? So the person who put them there and the people who put their votes in there have been attracted and charged? These red states no doubt have partisan prosecutors for your side, why aren't they arresting people for all these obvious crimes there is so much evidence of?

The verdict was 3 years ago. He lost by default judgement because he refused to comply with discovery. There is no new law. There is no new interpretation of a law. The only people who need to be worried already lawyered up, namely Trump, Googliani, Fox news, OANN, Newsmax. You know. the primary sources of fake news.
