Because by making this testimony, he literally has already perjured himself under oath. He either did it originally, or he is doing it now. Either way, he has 100 % lied under oath at some point. The fact that the Judge is allowing this is a clown show.

Stormy perjured herself as well because what she said in court doesn't match up what she said on Maher's show a few years ago.

A witness recounting testimony is not unusual
Nor does it address the alleged felonious crime of falsifying campaign finance documents.

The Cohen- Habberman story is a side bar.

You people are ridiculous. If she's contradicting herself in two different places it's a bad look. Any bets that the court appearance is the one where she is actually lying because her testimony makes Trump look bad? She gains no benefit from lying on Maher's show a few years ago.

I think libs were dropped on their heads as kids. It's the only explanation. lol.

You do know that even if I'm wrong about Stormy and she actually lied on Maher instead it still pretty much destroys her as a witness, right?

Explain to me why she would exonerate Trump on Maher and go after him on this court trial. You don't have a good reason I assure you.
