No Musk was talking about Nuclear Energy and Global Warming while Senile Creepy Grandpa trump was talking about Nuclear proliferation. Specifically "nuclear warming" Musk was being intelligent talking about while there's a risk with Nuclear energy that many of the risks are overblown and trump lead with this brain fart.
