I think the fact that this is a crime ring that is overwhelmingly of one ethnicity is part of the story and should be included in the coverage. And if anyone working for the state or party was complicit in any way they should be prosecuted. And the poor oversight should be something voters take into account when choosing their next governor.

This couldn’t happen any other way.
