MSM hates that their influence is dwindling. Public is starting to detest them. They've been exposed.
 
The question was such a softball question that you could basically put it on a tee.

And you can tell how rehearsed it was by Trump because his demeanor and tone looks rehearsed and he isn't looking like a 5th grader reading their book report on the podium. A far contrast to the other questions that are basic questions that he gets defensive about or just doesn't even answer it.

OANN is the same network that gave him another planted question asking him if it was racist to call it the China virus, giving him the softball to look normal for 30 seconds and show his supporters who will only see that 30 seconds that he isn't racist or xenophobic.

It's sad that MAGA nation thinks asking him softball questions is "respectful and professional" but when other reporters actually ask him objective questions they're biased and against him. Oh how low the bar has been set by Trump for what qualifies as what a fair and objective question is.

I've watched BBC interviews with Parliament and Prime Ministers and they get grilled waaaaaaay harder, and BBC is funded by the state.

Wut? Obama tried banning Fox News reporters and it was the deep state media hoaxes that stuck up for them. Fox News almost literally sponsored the Tea Party rallies.
 
Trump is asked much worse.

Obama was as adversarial against free press as it gets for a modern president.

I typed in his accusers name into CNN’s search bar and it returned 0 hits. I don’t see anything on The NY Times either. Maybe I’m missing something, but if they’re really simply not convering the story, that’s embarrassing. And before anyone says there’s no time due to how much effort is going into the coronavirus coverage, go to CNN’s homepage and you’ll find plenty of non-corona nonsense being covered.
