It's a good thing he would be President and not King then. Since Libertarians arent going to win the Presidency I am more than willing to compromise to get some of my goals as opposed to getting none of them. And yes at this point I say the phrase on purpose.

I fixed that ordering for you. You attack his critics because you are bog-standard conservative who cares about the dumb stuff that all Republicans whine about and you see him as supporting those things (only exception here is the war part; in this sense you actually like him more than the standard conservative). Pretending that you are actually just defending him because the libs make you is... a bit much.

The fact that you won't vote for him is meaningless. You didn't even vote for Mitt Romney, but you were still 100% one-sided for the whole of Obama's presidency.

thethe went at it multiple times about tariffs and Trump's drunken spending.

I happen to agree with thethe's general thoughts regarding the epidemic... although, he's a bit more emotional than I care for.

Regardless, I'm not sure why you need 100% ORANGE MAN BAD sentiment from everyone to pass the objectivity test. But, as I said... I try to take the emotion out of things and look at actual policy, not his embarrassing antics.

Would you prefer every time I say something supportive, that I offset it with something critical?

This is not an accurate characterization. It's not that you don't criticize him. It's that you spend most of your time attacking people who do.
 
Yes I attack people who say things that are devoid from reality.

"He's a dictator"

"He's being controlled by Putin"

"Everything about this pandemic that is happening in every single country on earth is his fault"

"He's failing the country by not invoking national lockdowns and seizing means of production"



I'm happy to criticize the guy all day long... there is ample opportunity to do it. But I also will point out when the crazies say things that simply aren't true. Much like cajun has made it his personal mission to point out hypocrisy at every turn while slurping Obama (which you seem to condone), I'll also point out that nobody had a problem with children in cages until Trump took over.

Part of that is on the media... because, nobody had any idea Obama was doing that back then. Hey, this is a media thread after all. Wonder why that wasn't reported very much then?

I've made this point for years that the media is not the US. They don't have our countries best interest in mind. Hopefully, the Wuhan virus will be a wakeup call to all the lemmings.
