One of the most insidious forms of bias is I'm the choice of words that frame an issue. "Balance the conservative majority created by Donald Trump" makes court packing sound much nicer than "breaking a way a branch of the US Government has operated for more than 100 years in an attempt to get more liberal decisions".
You saw this same bias on full display with the Georgia voting law. Reporters regularly referred to it as "Creating significant obstacles to voting" or "an unprecedented voter suppression law" when it is actually less restrictive than New Yorks voting laws.
