Let's Talk About Media

Broadly speaking, domestic public opinion has preferred maintaining the status quo, though pro-independence sentiment has steadily risen since democratization, with a significant increase since 2018. In 2020, an annual poll run by National Chengchi University found that 28.5% of respondents preferred postponing a decision, 25.5% supported maintaining the status quo indefinitely, 35.1% of respondents voted for eventual or immediate independence, and 5.8% chose eventual or immediate unification. On the other hand, Taiwanese identity has seen a significant rise in the same poll since democratization: in 2020, 67% of respondents identified as Taiwanese only, versus 27.5% who identified as both Chinese and Taiwanese and 2.4% who identified as Chinese.[149]

The KMT, the largest Pan-Blue party, supports the status quo for the indefinite future with a stated ultimate goal of unification. However, it does not support unification in the short term with the PRC as such a prospect would be unacceptable to most of its members and the public.[191] Ma Ying-jeou, chairman of the KMT and former president of the ROC, has set out democracy, economic development to a level near that of Taiwan, and equitable wealth distribution as the conditions that the PRC must fulfill for reunification to occur.[192]

The Democratic Progressive Party, the largest Pan-Green party, officially seeks independence, but in practice also supports the status quo because its members and the public would not accept the risk of provoking the PRC.

It's his way of begging you to stop talking about how terrible the Trump years were.

The very poorly chosen one era (which is not over) has been one of the most interesting periods in American history. Historians will be studying it intently for many many years. Many.

I also expect it to be the inspiration for some great literature and other forms of artistic expression.

No doubt

I’d be over talking about that one term loser But fraud boys leaders have said that one term loser is still the leader of that party etc

They go and visit him and say they are gonna work on his vision

So, here we are

Still having that ****ing loser be relevant cause they are hitching their wagons still to him

I wish republicans would let that loser die but they can’t quit him even after it has been shown America doesn’t want him
