I'm not sure what you think I'm trying to shade? It was a bad headline, and they changed the headline. We should all hope for fewer bad headlines, and we should all hope that news outlets fix mistakes when they make them.

What is up with the 'you guys bring up Trump too frequently' argument as some sort of own?
The guy is actively still trying to overturn an election and tens of millions of people revere him as some sort of savior. He's probably the frontrunner for the 2024 nomination, and even if he isn't everything in Republican politics right now revolves around him. Unfortunately, he's still pretty front and center in American political discourse whether we want him to be or not.
It would be like thinking it is an insult to tell Braves fans they bring up Dansby Swanson too much. Well, he bats fifth and starts at shortstop every night, so it's tough to not mention him frequently.

I would be embarrassed too if I had spent the past four years as part of very poorly chosen one's rapid response team, and would wish other people would stop posting about his activities. You are right btw that he is the frontrunner for the GOP's 2024 nomination. Hopefully sanity prevails and they nominate someone else.

I would think that people of good will of all political persuasions would be concerned that the sun has apparently not set on very poorly chosen one's political career. As soon as that happens--whether it be via the legal system, actuarial tables or people coming to their senses--I will be happy to stop posting about him.
