Financier Jeffrey Epstein, a registered sex offender, was arrested on Saturday for alleged sex trafficking of minor girls in Florida and New York, multiple sources tell ABC News.

Epstein’s arrest was first reported by The Daily Beast

Epstein strikes me as the kind of guy who is at a real risk for suicide in jail, or maybe as a guy who is just really clumsy and might slip and fall and accidentally cave in his skull.

Not sure how this quote is a big deal at all but willing to understand your interpretation.
 
There is a quote in the court records where Epstein says "I want to set up my modeling agency the way Trump set up his modeling agency."

Essentially both are predators. As is Bill Clinton.
