Me soft? Must be thinking of someone else as I've had to be a hard-ass during a lot of my professional life. My point is there is an off-topic board (which I don't visit) where guys can jerk off.

You guys love living in the South. I like living in the North. There's no moral superiority in choosing where to live.

I don’t get to come by as much so I can’t keep up with all you weirdos.

Damn right yall are weirdos, but there was a time I didn't know of all the self gratifying morans and in the closet raci...nevermind. Some of yall are cool. But yeah, I do my minor league thing and peruse from time to time. That's enough.

Braves sign Carlos Rodriguez to non guaranteed contract. LH 4th OF with no power, some speed, and OBP skills.

Same as Eli White but with a non guaranteed contract

With J.P. Martinez and Luis Liberato now minor league free agents, someone like Rodriguez makes some sense. Rodriguez is younger than those two and looks to have good minor league K/BB numbers. He's played a lot of CF, so that's a plus.

I saw Eli White play in person last year when Gwinnett played in St. Paul. He had an absolutely monster game with the bat. He's really athletic, but CF was a bit of an adventure for him. Braves have a lot of other guys to move off the 40-man if they need space, so I'm guessing White is safe given the current OF situation.

Yeah. It’s crazy to think as of right now we have 2 healthy OF between our major league and AAA rosters and Kelenic is one of them.

We may keep White for that reasons , but we may go the quantity route with options, since we have to restock AAA as well.

Committed to the pockets of stakeholders. They're bargain shoppers man.

Braves have one of the highest payrolls in the sport...

Sucks on Laureano but his estimate arby amount was too high for a bench role even though he's the type of player this team needs.

Braves non-tender Laureano, Canning, Kerr, Ynoa and Salinas.

Ynoa really looked like a solid big league pitcher in the first half of 2021, but injuries--self-inflicted and otherwise--brought that to a halt. Note to self: Punch a wall and your performance will hit a wall.

From what I understand someone on the 60 day DL doesnt take up a 40 man roster spot. So why didnt we keep him for 2026.

If someone is on the 60-day IL, they have to go on the 40-man over the winter and stay there until the end of spring training when they can go back on the 60-day IL.
