Definitely on board with this trade. TraDem should have plenty of arm for 3B since it rates as a 60 according to MLB.com.

His K rate is alarming, but that's why he was available in exchange for Harrell and Dario.

I don't think we could have hoped for a better return involving those pitchers.

Yes. Great pick-up for Harrell and Alvarez. I liked both too but this is how you sell high on them. The cost for pitching is high right now and the Rangers had needs to fill and not much time to do so.

Wouldn't be bad? Uggla was a 30 HR and .800-.875 OPS masher with the Marlins. If TraDem turns into that I will kiss Coppy's feet if I ever meet him.

I doubt it. Riley has a FV 50 slapped on him, while TraDem is only a FV 45. I would say out of the 2, one will turn into a useful bat at 3B.

I would guess he falls in the range of Sims, Ellis and Davidson. I would probably slot him right behind Sims and Ellis, but ahead of Davidson.
