Luiz Henrique Gohara

I'm a little less concerned with service clocks for pitchers due to their accelerated aging curves. Don't be reckless with them, but for the most part, use them up and ship them out.

Pulling him up now gets us what? 6 or 7 starts before the cut off date? Who cares?

If he busts, it doesn't matter. If he turns into a stud, we'll be happy having that extra year of control

Most pitchers get hurt or flame out before hitting FA. While I agree the extra year of control might be valuable, if the Braves need him, use him.

They don't need him now though. Gohara should be given his shot a few months into 2018 when Sims or Newk or Folty show they no longer belong in the rotation.

49, 63, and 69 were Gohara's innings coming in to this year and he's at 123 now.

Whatever we do with him I see us limiting his innings.
