Harvey is a FA after next year, not really much point in buying low on him, even if he wasn't looking like burnt toast. That thoracic outlet syndrome surgery makes him pretty darn iffy no even going into the fact he's a former tommy john guy.

Yeah the Harvey health problems are not easy to recover from. Depends on how low you're buying him or how low he'll take in FA
