Do we know this doesn't include Pache? He was a Coppy signee, and I remember us making moves for extra IFA space to make it work with him and Cruz. That Shanks tweet just has me getting nervous.
 
It would be total BS to take away all/the best signings of the class and restrict us for the next 2 or more years for doing what every other team in baseball does as well. There's setting an example and going overboard. This would absolutely be going overboard.
 
MLB is so dumb. If you want to curb this stuff you barely punish the Braves and let it be known firing the GM gets you out of trouble. Make GMs know their jobs are on the line if they do this.

I'd be interested to know how the red sox and braves situation were similar or different. It's a joke of they took it easy on one of their darling organizations.

I personally can't compare, as I'm at work and that takes research, but I can't imagine teams can do much worse than what Coppy did. Dude completely and utterly screwed us.

I agree that the Braves deserve everything they get. Its a disgrace that JS survived this disaster. However, I just want to know if the MLB went easy on the Red Sox.

All reports when this started was that this is much worse than what the Red Sox did.
