Surely Republican prosecutors were just being nice and not indicating Hillary because they liked her so much. And yes Garmel, I use indicating for a reason.

That's funny how he's my leader because I'm voting for DeSantis. I dislike Romney and McConnell but I would stick up for them in a situation like this. You and the rest of the "get Trump" cult still can't figure out all of this is political.
 
The Durham watch hunt was purely political and you cheered that on. Even wanted Hillary charged for crimes that had no chance of getting a conviction.
 
Sorry I forgot, every investigation of a Republican is political and every investigation of a Democrat is a noble paragons righteous commitment to the rule of law. Silly me
 
No, it depends on available evidence. The cases against Trump are pretty damn weak. This corrupt nonsense may eventually get him though or if they actually do find REAL evidence against him.

I agree that Bragg's case is weak and ill-advised.

But Durham's cases were far weaker and tainted by partisan political considerations to an even greater extent.

Not that two wrongs make a right. But if you were intellectually honest you would acknowledge how politically tainted the Durham prosecutions were, as were the IRS audits of Comey and McCabe, as was the manipulation of the security review process to try to stop publication of Bolton's book. And most grotestque of all was the attempt to extort from Zelenskyy an announcement of an investigation into the Bidens. The weaponization of state power for personal political gains was taken to a level never seen before by your boy.

You keep using MSM speculation as if it's true. Durham proved 1) Sussman lied with text showing he did 2) Showed it was material because Baker would not have taken Sussman up on it if had known he was backed by Hillary. Durham also showed Hillary was behind Alfa Bank and that the FBI didn't even check on to see if the dossier was legit. If this is prosecutorial misconduct we need more of it.

The audits are speculation on your part. Could he have done it? Maybe. According to the IG he didn't. Let's not pretend the **** McCabe and Comey did trying to sabotage Trump was much worse. Once again you are making your speculation as fact.
