But this seems to imply that just because Republicans dunk on JoJo that she has something useful to add to the discourse. Regurgitating talking points about a ceasefire she doesn’t know the details of because it’ll make Trump look bad doesn’t add anything of value to the discussion.

Don’t get me wrong, Trump doesn’t get any benefit of the doubt from me when he says something that is proven to be demonstrably false in reality, but we don’t really know what happened.

If I were to venture a guess, Israel told Trump they’d stop bombing Iran if America took care of their nuclear sites, then dared Trump to stand firm on that expectation because Netanyahu is a war-mongering asshole.

Sometimes I wonder if there are multiple versions of this message board. The misreading or non-reading by some is too astounding to explain otherwise. Maybe thethe is lost on another version somewhere in the multiverse, posting gems that we’ll never see.

Anyway, while I appreciate JoJo’s contributions, I’m uncomfortable commenting on the Middle East situation until Angry Brooklyn Dad weighs in.

I mean, you’re right that this topic wasn’t likely to come up in the meme thread, but the efficacy and justification of the Iran strikes has absolutely come up. I know this because I’ve been getting (respectfully) dragged for my thoughts on it.

It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong by posting a quote from a grifter. But your response was that the topic wouldn’t have come up without your post, and that’s only true of this particular thread. The discussion is otherwise happening man.
