On the opinion page? That's where people are supposed to be partisan. I get, and understand, the complaint on both sides when the reportage of the daily news is slanted, but the opinion page is where everything is supposed to flow freely on both sides. I agree with very little that is written on the editorial page of The Wall Street Journal and what you see there is as conservative (sometimes reactionary) as anything in The New York Times is liberal. My response: "More power to them."
What really makes me laugh is that your argument here is simply a different turn on the whole PC thing: "I disagree with the angle of this person's assessment, ergo, he shouldn't say it."
