It's not like nothing was leaked about Trump during the campaign (tax return - Access Hollywood Tape).

It's certainly suspicious if nothing was leaked on the RNC hack if that happened. But maybe it's because Russia would like an administration that is willing to work with them.

I'm all for shifting our alliances from China to Russia. I think that would be beneficial for a great many people. China is bad news and have been for a long time.

Just tell me one thing dude. Just one. In what universe would you say that sentence in a good way if we were talking about Dem who has ever lived, any Dem alive now, or any Dem who will ever live?

Oh and I agree with you about China, just not about Russia.
 
I'm not making an argument it's a good thing or that I support it. I think the implication is that Russia is evil therefore they did this to do evil things. I just question the second part.

But assuming pretty much all of our intelligence is correct (for the sake of argument, let's agree on this), and if you don't question the "Russia is evil" part, how is this not an issue? If we're going to grant that they did in fact try to influence the election, I don't see how you can live with it just because you agree with their preference. It's still a series of cyber attacks perpetrated by a foreign state with the intention of undermining our electoral system. That should be something we worry about.

Agreed. It's an issue.

I have more problems with everyone throwing a fit about it though as we do this to literally everyone across the world. I also have a bigger problem with people "blaming" Russia for the loss... when it was in fact the failure of the candidate. Lastly - I've yet to see any evidence, and until some if produced, I'm assuming it's a false flag

I agree that it isn't the reason Clinton lost. The fact that she was so susceptible to having something like this hurt her so much says a lot about her as a candidate. As for it being a false flag, I just don't see how anybody would be stupid enough to think that Clinton would be anything other than hurt greatly by it, and as such would not go down that road.

False flag... wrong term. Just a distraction as a way to de-legitimize Trump and continue the horrible divide in this country

Nope. I'm pointing out that a bigot could post the Baptist/Protestant maps, or the minorities map, depending on where their bigotry lies.

Either avenue would be an intellectually dishonest effort at focusing the blame for complex problems onto a single group of people.
