You guys may not believe it but I used to have a student who was a freshman in high school I think it was, back in about 1994 or 1995 who looked just like Beavis. He had that same color hair and it was also that same texture of poofiness, especially when he let it grow out a bit which is why I think he kept it cut pretty short. Also, he would walk with that same exactly up and down motion with his center of gravity backwards instead of forwards on his top 1/2.
