Now imagine a conservative posting something equally stereotypical but with minorities as the subject.

Nah, I'm sure you wouldn't be enough of a hypocrite to think it's racist.

Again, the parallels between Trump and Lincoln are uncanny. If California succeds and Trump burns down LA I bet you would critisize that too.

Lincoln was hated so much on inauguration that he had to sneak into the Capital. He didnt win a majority of the vote and was largely considered unqualified. He opposed the expansion of slavery much like Trump opposes the expansion of slavery(yes Muslims think women are property, even the "good" ones). Lincoln was very critical of judges for their ruling in the Dred Scott case and refused to acknowledge it as law. Lincoln was about as Pro-Tariff as it gets. Lincoln signed an Executive Order commanding the military arrest and imprison journalists that printed fake news. Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus and had a state legislator arrested by the military. At this same point in his Presidency Lincoln was hated by a vast majority of the country and re-election was considered inconceivable. Lincoln only won re-election after Sherman burned Atlanta which was a huge victory for the Union. Maybe there will be a huge moment right before the next election that will change public opinion too.
