So how would punishing players for kneeling not be political? Aren't we on the verge of labor negotiations? Negotiations where the players are already chomping at the bit to take away Goodells power to punish players arbitrarily because of bounygate. Maybe not all players willkneel but I bet a vast majority will defend those who want to kneel.

I should have provided context. I thought the tweet was ridiculous. The NFL is a private entity and can allow kneeling or touchdown celebrations as it likes, it's none of my business. I really can't understand how anyone who considers themselves to be conservative or libertarian can claim that it's any of their business either.
