64% now support legal recreational pot. Almost 2/3rds. When does this reach a tipping point?

51% of republicans now support legal weed. We are picking up momentum. Pot is one of the largest industries in colorado. When we get full legalization and people realize how wrong people like Sessions are there will be hell to pay. The liars and receivers must be held criminally accountable for misleading the public to incarcerate and Rob people.

You know when it'll reach the tipping point. Remember a couple of years ago when they put it on the ballot in Ohio? Remember the caveat? We'll legalize it IF we can give all the business and therefore the profits to a big corporation, in this case I believe it was one of the big GMO conglomerates. As I have said for years it would already be legal if the right people were making money from it.

I am in the camp that we should accept that kind of deal then work from there. Unless cops catch you in the act of buying they can't prove where you got it from. Once people see the overall benefits it's all down hill from there. After pot it's on to prostitution.

You don't think it's wrong to criminalize charging for something that is free to give away? As with drugs most of the problems associated with prostitution are the results of the black market creates by prohibition of prostitution. Regulated prostitution is safer for the prostitute, the client, and everyone around them. All e idemce shows that When men have access to prostitutes and/or porn they rape a lot less. When you boil it all down you are paying for sex one way or the other.

Freedom ist just being allowed to make government approved decisions. I am still a long way from my law degree but I hope we have settled this pot thing by the time I do. If so I will turn my attention to changing public perception of prostitution and legalizing it.
