At what point do your actions determine the type of person you are? If you're marching for race separatism, that feels like a pretty terrible action, and it's hard to see what kind of person you'd need to be to tip the scales.

Agreed. Condoms are such a cheap and easy solution for everyone. We need to get past the idea that abstinence is a large scale solution in a hyper-sexualized society.

It is the actions that count. There are plenty of separatists who are not hostile towards other races. It is really easy when studying history to devolve into white superiority based on the white mans dominance over history. My example would be the Weaver family from Ruby Ridge. Deeply religious family. White separatists. Attended Aryan rallies. A person can believe its okay to rape 4 year olds but so long as they dont act on it they arent necessarily a bad person. I also think black separatists have a legit beef not much different than any group that rebelled for freedom. With those cases win and your heroes lose and your terrorists.

I think what he really wants to say instead of "Republicans" is "White People".
