I am curious if this will continue in the future. I suspect it will if the Democratic leadership continues to refer to most of republican voters as deplorables.

Care to give me some examples? Theres a large number of deplorables on both sides. I think I could find a lot more **** talking about Democrat voters from Republicans than you could the other way around and I wouldnt need to use any examples but Trump. I think one of the biggest mistakes Hillary made was apologizing for her Deplorables comment instead of doubling down.

It's just a hunch. But if a large majority of republicans feel they aren't respected by D's and the media in general then I feel these polls will continue to be worthless.

Those people arent really grounded in reality when it comes to politics. There is nothing but full capitulation to them that will convince them Democrats arent literally Stalin 2.0. Biden is going to do what you want, he already is doing it, and their opinion wont change one bit.
