Mike Minor Skipping Next Start

I recall Fredi being asked about it earlier, he just said they were pushing Minor's start back to get Maholm in there (and to give Minor a little extra rest before his next start).

Will be interesting to see if they wind up going with the 6-man the rest of the way, or bump someone down to the pen in September.
