Minor League Thread Part Deux

We are about to have an outfielder and 2 SS on top 100 lists. Feels like it's been a long tine since we had a OF on top 100 lists and even longer since we had a SS.

A lot to like so far from the offense. Michael Martinez is super intriguing after looking him up. That'd be crazy to have another bat coming
There is a lot to like about him, just not a lot film or scouting reports on him yet. But I've been tracking him since last year. Was in my top 30 before the season. Even with it being early in the FCL, he's quite clearly too advanced for that league. You don't even see elite prospects on a rehab assignment dominating the FCL the way Martinez is right now. A .545 OBP is pretty absurd, even for a hot streak.

Technically Nacho made a top 100 list or two, even though he was never going to stick as a SS.

With all the offensive guys emerging I hope that doesn't push the team to take a P at 9 just bc the offense has taken a step forward bc if LeBron is there you have to take him I feel like

It is nice to have some hitting talent on the farm, especially at SS/OF where there are posiitons of need. I'd still go hitter at 9, depending who is there. Who knows when we'll pick this high again.

I think he should be moved up. Hartman is still so young. Williams is 22 and a college guy. BB rate is insane. He’s too good for A+.
Agreed. I don't see any rush to promotions for most of these guys, but Williams definitely makes the most sense. I'd also like to see Guanipa move up - he's 20 and this is the third year he's seen time in Augusta. Problem with him is Hartman has CF covered in Rome.

One other thing I'm intrigued by with Dixon Williams is his defense. He's playing everywhere -- 5 at 1B, 5 at 2B, 2 at 3B, 2 at CF, 2 at DH.
