Ynoa with a nice start today
Waters has 3 doubles in the double header
Waters is Heredia from the other side - doesn't make enough contact against AAA pitching to impress or scare anyone - if he saw MLB-level pitching he'd really look bad.

Now who are we gonna follow ?
I'm continue to follow waters hoping he gets better with k issues.
Muller is having decent year.
I still have hope for ynoa.
Muller is interesting. I am hoping maybe he can replace Smith next year. I just don't see the third pitch and consistency.
Ynoa best case for me is the strider role. I don't think he can be as good as Strider, but he could be close.
Grissom and Shewmake are guys to watch. We know we have a SS decision next year. I know people are high on Dansby now, but this is what he does, he's super hot and then super cold. He'll settle in around 100 wrc plus. Can the Braves land an impact bat at SS? Can Shewmake be a solid player? If Harris can be in MLB now, could Grissom be there next year? Can Grissom play SS and get to his power?
Shuster is interesting, I don't believe in him b/c I don't like soft tossing lefties unless they are playing the braves. Darius Vines could be a riser given his stuff, his athletic ability and his age (24).
Wish we'd go hard on young bats in this draft. I know we likely think we have most positions locked down for a long time, but we need some options in the minors. It is really thin without Harris.
I'm thinking Ynoa is next up or we bring up Shuster in a surprise move.

No they said on the broadcast that Strider will get the next 5th starter try. Cruz was brought up to take his place in the pen who could be an interesting find.

Olson trade check-in:
After a red hot April, Langeliers hit .226 / .293 / .345 in May. I still think he ends up as a 2-3 WAR catcher, but with the emergence of Contreras softens the outlook from a month ago.
Pache has been amazing defensively. He leads all OFs in OOA with 5. Unfortunately, he’s given away all that value away with the bat with a .207 wOBA. He’s at -0.6 WAR.
Not much to say about the pitchers. Estes remains a really good lottery ticket for Oakland.
Estes: 10.38 k/9 2.8 bb/9 1.82 hr/9
Cusick: 10.08 k/9 5.20 bb/9 1.30 hr/9
